APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING - January 16, 2002

FINANCIAL REPORT

COUNTING OF BALLOTS ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:

1. Election of Board of Directors

  1. First Proposal Submitted by Richard Colyear:
  2. "Notice to Enter Property." Section 8.04 is hereby added to the Bylaws of the Association:

    "Section 8.04. Prior to entering on any portion of a Member’s property not presently in use as a roadway or trail, the Association shall give the owner thereof not less than ten (10) days’ actual written notice of intention to do so and stating with specificity the reason(s) for doing so."

  3. Second Proposal Submitted by Richard Colyear:
  4. "Establishment of Ethics Committee." Section 8.05 is hereby added to the Bylaws of the Association:

    "Section 8.05. The Board of Directors shall appoint an ETHICS COMMITTEE consisting of three (3) independent and unbiased Members who have not served in office in the Association or City. The rules of ethics and procedures are those established by California law and precedent."

  5. Third Proposal Submitted by Richard Colyear:
  6. "Notice to Individual Members. The Board of Directors shall be directed to give not less than ten (10) days prior actual written notice to any member whose property is to be the specific subject of any proposed action that may affect the member’s property and/or property rights. If a member’s property becomes involved in the discussion of another matter, that discussion shall cease until such notice is given. Matters generally affecting ALL Members shall remain subject to the present notice requirements."

  7. Fourth Proposal Submitted by Richard Colyear:

"Notice to Committee Members. The Board of Directors shall be directed to instruct each Committee appointed by the Board that each meeting shall be held only after giving notice to the Association Office of intention to hold a meeting, its location and time. This notice shall be given not less than ten (10) days in advance of any meeting and the Association Office shall give notice will also be posted in the Association Office and placed on the Association’s web site. Committee meetings shall be held in accordance with Section 5.06 of the Association bylaws."
