NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF

ASSOCIATION OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES

Please take notice that, in accordance with Section 5.06 of the Bylaws of the Rolling Hills Community Association of Rancho Palos Verdes, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation (the "Association"), a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, January 10, 2003, at 8:00 a.m., at the Association Office, 1 Portuguese Bend Road for the purpose of appointing inspectors of election and setting forth their duties involving the Annual Meeting of the Rolling Hills Community Association.
